Improvement meets different symptoms.

Last week I really worked hard to do my home physical therapy exercises and daily walks. The strange sensation I get when the leg muscles get exercised were diminishing. Yay! However, this week I’ve been more tired, and getting the exercise has been more challenging. Yesterday I started having leg pain above and below the knee. While I would consider having more sensation than a strange numbness a good thing, waking in the night several times from leg pain is not so great. I’ve been resting and applying heat to the sore areas, but I still got my exercises and a walk in today. This strange pain occurred some time around the beginning of December last year and fortunately only lasted a couple days. My doctor seemed to think at that time it might be arthritis.

Praises and Prayers

Praises

  • Other than the recent leg pain, the symptoms have been responding well to my exercise.
  • I’m learning to gauge better when I will be fatigued and rest accordingly.

Prayer Requests

  • Leg pain to diminish and wisdom to know how to treat it appropriately until then.
  • Continued sensitivity to the need for rest as needed.
  • Faithfulness to do my exercises and wisdom for my therapists.
  • Complete healing and that no further complications will occur.

Thank you so much for your continued prayers and outpouring of love.
